I've always enjoyed art, and have been able to increase my painting activities over the last few years as the demands of supporting the Family have decreased (only slightly mind)!

Having had no formal art training, I let my paintings come from the soul rather than a text book, and gain great pleasure working on them.

I paint mainly in acrylic on canvas, with strong, vibrant colour and bold shapes.

My main sources of inspiration are the Scottish Colourists, French Impressionists, Fauves, red wine and blues music (in any order).



Many of my paintings are available in limited edition giclee print, (edition of 50) mounted, numbered and signed, ready to frame.
